Vehicle Description

This TR6 was built in early June 1972 and dispatched to Genser & Forman Inc of Union, New Jersey, USA. A LHD model in Sapphire Blue with a black Ambla interior, equipment included disc wheels, laminated windscreen, inertia reel seat belts, a heater and 185-15 Goodyear Red Band tyres.
The car returned to the UK in July 1991 and was converted to RHD. The previous owner acquired the car in 2005 and used it regularly, including touring around Europe.
The car has had a few modifications over the years which includes the fitment of more supportive Mazda MX-5 seats, Spax adjustable shock absorbers all round, SU carburetor conversion, blue top tinted windscreen, overdrive gearbox, walnut dashboard, oil cooler, spin-off oil filter conversion, alloy rocker cover, Kenlowe fan, Hi-Torque starter motor, push-button starter and a stainless steel exhaust system.
The previous owner acquired the car in 2015 where it was treated it to a bare-metal repaint, a new soft top and a new set of carpets.
It is supplied with a useful workshop manual and it does drive as well as it looks, it also has an accompanying Heritage Certificate.
13,297 miles displayed but cannot be verified.
Well worth viewing.
